Here’s Where I Reveal the Secret
Look—there are literally thousands of websites, books and incredible contraptions claiming to hold the “secret” to a strong, sexy body. The fact is, there’s no secret—like Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz, you’ve had the power to achieve your dream all along.
The way to a leaner, healthier you is simple: nutrition and exercise.
You simply have to take in fewer calories than you burn. Do that by working to burn more calories, taking in fewer calories, or both, and you’ll achieve your goal. That’s how the fitness models with six-pack abs do it, and you can do it too.
But remember what I said up there about simple versus easy?
That’s why there’s such a business in complex diets, workout flavors-of-the-month and torture devices. And that’s the dirty little secret of the fitness business: by making it more complicated than it actually should be, these companies make you need them.
It’s a Conspiracy!
It doesn’t stop with the people who make these fad items. The conspiracy continues when you walk into the supermarket. You need food; they’ve got food. Again, seems simple, huh? But again the profit motive works against you. Everything from frozen pizzas to ice cream (ICE CREAM!) bears labels screaming “low fat!” “no trans fats!” “sugar free!” “healthy!”
Surely they wouldn’t call something “healthy” if it really wasn’t, would they? Surely there should be a law, right?
Nope. In fact, the government is an accomplice! The “four food groups,” the “food pyramid” and whatever that thing is they have now, all get it wrong.
Here’s where I lay the best secret of all on you…
With one simple rule, you can take all of the guesswork out of eating.
With a series of simple yet incredibly effective workouts, take those hours on the treadmill and thousands of crunches and turn them into 20 minutes of focused work, or less.
Almost without having to think about it, you’ll know what to eat and what exercises to do. You’ll have more time to live your life.
No Gimmicks…But There Are a Few Tricks
Now, you’re not going to lose weight or shape your body by merely knowing what to do. Anybody with a chiseled body has worked for it, the same way you must. But that doesn’t mean there are ways to take this simple plan and make it a bit easier:

- Know what foods to eat when—especially in the morning.
- Understand why stretching can actually hurt your workout.
- What ab exercises you should be doing and why.
- What sweet snacks you should eat often.
- Which fats can actually help you lose weight.
- Which calories are better than others.
